William Blake has been described as the greatest ever British Artist. As a painter and poet, he remains an important and influential part of our cultural landscape, internationally celebrated and loved. His most famous work, the hymn Jerusalem, regarded as our ‘other National Anthem’, is hugely popular with an ability to inspire and lift the Nation.
Featuring young soprano, RACHEL MAJOR, and tenor JAMES SAVAGE-HANFORD, GLAD DAY exhibits a broad musical range capturing the spirit of Blake’s work.
